Livable Waterfronts: The Case of Flushing Bay

"Livable Waterfronts" studies the relationship between the Flushing Bay/Flushing Creek watershed and its neighbors in Queens, New York. Through photographic evidence, informal interviews, and analysis of City and State agency reports, gaps could be identified in the way official agencies measure enjoyment of waterbodies versus how residents actually relate to them.

Coursework for the Information Graphics class, with the goal of building a compelling narrative through field research, data collection and visual representation.
