The Nemby (New Enhancements to My Back Yard) device is one piece the solution to an age-old problem. During collaboration and negotiation, it is in human nature to resist changes or difference—unless it's *thier* idea. A process has been developed to help negotiate this minefield and in the business world, there is a tool being developed that helps negate this NIMBY response (Not in my back yard) in negotiation and collaborative situations.

This device is a screen mounted on a telescopic stand that provides the user with a very portable and interactive solution to moderate collaborative sessions. It employs a touch screen, houses a very capable computer, has built in cellular connection, speakers, chrome cast and a wifi hotspot. It also has ports for video out to monitor or projector as well video input for use with a computer or other video device.

We also wrote the proprietary collaboration software from scratch. The concept behind it is to basically provide the user with a "palette" of options that can be dragged and dropped onto a "canvas" for hashing out planning, features, details, strategy or anything that could be needed during a collaboration session. It is fully expandable for any industry via industry-specific modules.
