As head event coordinator for the Bodies of Art 11TH annual fashion event, I initiated the connection with the Grand Rapids Public Museum, a partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of Grand Rapids Youth Commonwealth and a collaboration with many student led clubs from both Kendall College of Art and Design and Grand Valley State University. This combination, in addition to promotions by Fox 17, WZZM's Take 5 and WGVU's radio station, resulted in Bodies of Arts first ever sold out event - with over 500 attendees. As head event coordinator, I was responsible for creating many documents such as: proposals, funding requests, event planning schedules for every department, etc. Photos of this event in addition to the many documents I created to make this event a success are included below.
