Meridian Cookies, an elegant addition to breakfast trays, ideal for tea time and coffee breaks, has a historical background with a focus on minimal ingredients. For my package series, I expressed how the history of this brand is modernized and is still appreciated today. I found inspiration in modern architecture combined with historical roots, and I based my designs off of that idea.
I wanted my package series to have a very modern feel to them. Each box was based off of different architectural forms, with the color choices being those that are widely used now, but have an “older feel” to them. For the logo treatment, I decided for a historical touch while using a classic sans-serif type throughout the series.
