Just over a year ago, Upphandlingsmyndigheten (The National Agency for Public Procurement) opened the doors and are Sweden's youngest authority. Upphandlingsmyndigheten makes sure that government acquisitions are legally secure, efficient and socially and environmentally sustainable. This is done by providing the knowledge, tools and methods to anyone involved with public procurement.
