The idea of TrendyGolf began back in January 2004 when a couple of self-confessed golf nuts were discussing the new designer brand 'look' that was winding its way on to golf courses all over the world.
TrendyGolf is not just aimed at the fashionable golfer; it is an institution that wants to bring the latest designs from the trendiest designers around the world, to the fore front of fashion, both on and off course.
This Spring/Summer lookbook was pulled together with a minimalist approach firmly at the forefront of my thinking. As the sole focus had to be on the photography, and pretty much that alone, careful consideration was given as to how the credits would be presented in order to maintain one's attention on the apparel.
The result sees the use of both fully bled & cropped images alternating per spread, leaving a column of white space to house the credits.
A basic template was created to help present & house all the elements in a minimalist manner, maintaining a free flowing & consistent sequence of spreads.
