The Pocket Agenda was created to give the attendees to the international IPATA conference a guide to all that they had to do. This information was also provided on an app and on the website.

The agenda was printed out front and back in color. It was then folded like an accordion or like a brochure to be able to fit in a pocket.

The cover (on the right) was created using the same coherent design of the other posters. It creates drama with the contrast of the two images which are brought together with the bright red.

The entire schedule of the conference had to fit on this small page. It is broken up by the graphics, the bold headers, and the gray lines in the table.

This was based on a previous year's design and then enhanced or this year's conference.
