The complex contains three units: residential (family), residential (students), and commercial.
The aim is to bring the essence of allotment (kolonihave) to an urban dwelling complex. Residents could plant their own plants on allocated gardens or common spaces. The vision was to infuse nature in dense residential environment, and provide the chance to experience the natural elements by sight or tactile. The building material is mainly timber with stone slate cladding for some parts of the facade.
