Grolsch Challenges

In this school project (2010) we had to make an app for the lowlands music festival. We came up with an idea to entertain people when they are not attending concerts and make them play lots of minigames that are spread troughout the festival area which you have to find by exploring the map on your iPhone. They could also earn t-shits noting a particular challenges they had completed.

My particular task in this project was leading the team, creating the wireframes, develop a realistic prototype. and some design tasks like the loading screen and the logo.
The wireframe document is user based wich means it goes through the scenario of the persona's we made. we could devide the app under three differend users:

Power users: They would do anything to complete all the tasks
Active users: They would complete the challenges they like
Non active users: They complete the easy challenges
Oure vision was to turn the festival grounds into an alien crashsite. the groliens where little creatures crashed on the lowlands festival and by completing challenges you would collect parts for the ship so they could go back to their home planet.
The 3D modeler in the team created the mascotte
The map was designed to look like an alien crashsite.
I developed the prototype with AdobeFlash which was used for user tests
