A poster I did for a class in the spring of 2016 based on the event TwitchCon. The event is based on the website 'Twitch', which is a live-streaming site where people mostly stream their gameplay for others to watch and interact with. With that in mind, my idea was to incorporate the location of the convention, downtown San Diego, with gaming. While keeping the color scheme of Twitch's branding, I transformed some skyscrapers into gaming consoles like the PS4 and XBOX 1 and also added a computer, with one of the buildings having a power button. The back of the poster was required to be super information heavy so I put the schedule of the convention there along with some infographics.
The poster was printed on a bunch of 9 x 12 papers and put together with the final being about 36 inches tall. Sadly it fell apart shortly after turning it in and now lives rolled up and sad because the tape and glue couldn't hold its life together.
