This is the promotional video with which inVRsion showcased its new VR Shopping Experience, ShelfZone. The video was shown at linkontro 2016, an event organized by nielsen in May at the Forte Village Resort near Cagliari, Sardegna.
I worked on almost all aspects of the production, together with another freelancer, Serena Daveri, who took care chiefly of motion graphics and editing. I focused mainly on managing the overall direction and production of the video (script, movieboard, setting up and recording UE4 footage, etc.) and on creating several products (modeling and texturing).
The video was completed in less than 2 months, from start to finish. The VR segments were captured from UE4 by recording multiple play sessions in ShelfZone, using an HTC Vive.
