My role as a design engineer includes a wide range of responsibilities from initial concept design stage to installation stage. These include initial design concepts (hand sketches and AutoCad) and communicating these with the clients, project management, design sign-off, 3D modelling in Solidworks, fabrication drawings, time and cost management and ordering of all parts. Glass and frame checking are done on factory visits to ensure the quality of our high end product. Finishing of with on site installation, crane day and commissioning. All these different tasks have contributed to obtaining valuable skill for future projects

I've been project manager in multiple projects: 1 sliding rooflight, 4 fixed rooflight, 1 glass meeting room and 6 vertical heated glass walls in a pool environment. I've been part of the design team in the following projects: 3 fixed rooflights, 3 sliding rooflights, 2 sliding doors and 1 brise soleil.
