This is a scooter chase. The scooters are a transport for water, very valuable in these super dry regions. Private contractors scavenge for water selling it to the high-society sky-gardens. The biggest danger being their 'colleagues'.
Because I don't usually use 3d in my personal stuff, I challenged myself here to design most of it in 3d first. As a practise.
