In an age where being green is a good thing and conservation is key, Intrinsic Condos fit right in. The idea that living with only the things needed to get through the day doesn’t have to be a miserable punishment. Reducing living down to its core and creating a sort of luxurious necessity inspired the theme and concept: back to square one.
A refined and uncluttered look was the aim of the project. After all, why preach of cleanliness if pollution was demonstrated? Images of everyday living were used to show clients of the living space while emphasis was put on icons that represented simplicity. These easily-identifiable glyphs were the definitions of the condos that were to be sold: universal, economic, and sustainable.
