The problem
Given the complexity of online negotiations, simple UI or FAQs were not enough to explain to the user the benefits of this service
Project details
An extensive project invloving multiple versions of scripts, storyboarding, involving a voice artist and getting the right tone to deliver the right message to the user was the most challenging yet most satisfying.
