GuideOnes sought to serve their existing customer better with their first app. GuideOne customers have the ability to pay their bill, set up Autopay, add new policies, or contact their agent.
Creating an app for both iOS and Android devices required a thoughtful approach from user experience and design teams. Working closely with the development team, we created a user experience that respected the unique details of each platform. By using the corporate GuideOne font coupled with custom graphics, we were able to create a cohesive, content-rich app that remains easy to navigate.
