MOBILE ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGN DESIGN
CAMPAIGN GOALS
Bee Mobile was an engagement campaign at Suncoast Credit Union with the goal of increasing the number of active online banking users. In-branch posters and flyers enticed credit union members to log into their accounts to be entered into a sweepstakes.
EMAIL DESIGNS
The text-to-enter portion of the campaign added entrants to an educational email workflow with reminders to log into their online banking accounts for more entries into the contest. The email workflow was spread out between six emails, with the goal of repeat behavioral habit in the recipients.
WEBSITE LANDING PAGE
The campaign was not only advertised in branches, but on the website as well. A landing page was used to contain the details of the sweepstakes, as well as more information about the online banking platform.
