99u Local: Sao Paulo
The 99U was a Behance initiative which seeks to give people content to take ideas out of the paper. With a several awards winning website, events, a print magazine and best sellers books, the 99U shares pragmatic and action oriented insights for creative people and creators from various fields. 99U Local was created to help promote creative growth in communities around the world, and to promote meetings and offline connections among participants.
In 2015, a local version of the event was organized here in São Paulo, the city where I live. The organizing and Behance ambassador in Brazil, Mari Camardelli, invited me to develop the cover art of a moleskine - courtesy of one of the largest Brazilian manufacturers of moleskines and notebooks, called Cicero, the piece would be distributed free of charge to all participants.
From this initial conversation, I also designed some art posters that decorated the event location and a bag inspired by one of my designs.

O 99U - como muitos Behancers sabem - é uma iniciativa do Behance - essa que é a maior e melhor plataforma de exposição de portfólios e ideias - que busca entregar para as pessoas o conteúdo que falta para tirar ideias do papel. Com um site ganhador de diversos prêmios, eventos, uma revista impressa e livros que são best sellers, o 99U compartilha insights pragmáticos e orientados para a ação com criativos e criadores de diversas áreas. O 99U Local foi criado para ajudar a promover o crescimento criativo em comunidades ao redor do mundo, além de promover encontros e conexões offline entre os participantes.
Em 2015, uma versão local do evento foi organizada aqui em São Paulo, cidade onde moro. A organizadora e embaixadora do Behance no Brasil, Mari Camardelli, me convidou para desenvolver a arte da capa de um moleskine. Cortesia de um dos maiores fabricantes brasileiros de moleskines e cadernos, a Cícero, a peça seria distribuída gratuitamente a todos os participantes.
Dessa conversa inicial nasceram também algumas artes de pôsteres que decoraram o local do evento e uma sacola ecológica inspirada em um dos meus designs.
