In Norse mythology, Frigg is the wife of Odin, the All-Father. Goddess of love and destiny, she possesses the gift of foreknowledge, weaving the fates of men and gods with her spindle.
She is also a sky goddess and is responsible for weaving the clouds, which grants her control on the weather. That is the ability I've chosen to illustrate here :)
