The TCL Chinese Theatre is one of the most iconic movie theatres worldwide. They host over 50 events a year including movie premieres, imprint ceremonies, and movie festivals in Hollywood, California. It was an honor to create a brochure that captured their VIP Rewards and Benefits program. I had an absolute blast coming up with the layout and figuring out a hierarchy between the amount of verbal information, imagery, and colored elements!

 

This design was based on a 5 column grid system that captured the spirit of the Chinese Theatre. Duo-tone red, gold, and grey imagery pull from the cultural color schemes found throughout the theatre. Blocks of color are used to bring attention to the most important verbal elements on the page. Window-like patterns, drawn from the architectural elements of the Chinese Theatre, give focus to the important titles of each section. Lots of white space is used to increase legibility and flow of text.
