UEFA EURO 2008 Brand Identity
Held every four years; the European Fooball Championship is the 2nd largest football event in the world. The official logo was launched in June 2005. The concept was inspired by the stunning geographic location of the two host countries, Austria and Switzerland, and the welcoming message. The ‘love for nature and football’ was symbolised by the mountain shorthand embracing the football. A comprehensive on and off-air brand identity package has been designed and implemented across a wide range of media, including tickets, banners, stadium dressings, merchandising, title sequences and info graphics.
