Continuing my quest on drawing regular animals in different postures, I've done this piglet from a ref. photo, and started adding absurd elements like the General_Chef hat, the earrings and the ear spread. Since we've went with this bad-boy look i've added the tattos and meat_cleaver to complete this on so many levels.

At first i wasn't sure about the final rendering style of this drawing. My initial idea was to leave it as a "concept art".

After no thought process, i decided to hone further my skills in illustrator, This means cleaning the artwork, completing some details, adding the bottom part of the feet ( hooves?)

Well, nothing much to say about this part. This was done in Illustrator as well, I've intentionally left the edges of the board in that way to stop the viewers from wandering around - basically setting boundaries.  

Well, By now every part of the design was finished, so it was time to come back to Photoshop, to add a nice background, Improve the lightning a little bit by popping the shadows and highlights, making the design pop-out more on the dark colored background.

Since this was never intended to be as final artwork, as well as it was never intended to be as a vector artwork, since all of this just happened, i've decided to go for printing, and ofcourse, the first idea, to make it wearable.

 

Maybe i'll make some stationery with this one in the future...
