Snowboard Addiction wanted a new logo as they felt their old one looked out-dated and the Snowboard Addiction writing was a little hard to read. They set up a design contest to find a new logo.
They loved my two designs that I submitted, and I was asked to created a third one to a more specific brief.
I was awarded runner up prize and you can see the winner's logo here, where my design is mentioned too!
Idea one
Using the idea of mountains to incorporate the initials SA. S was designed as a carve in the mountain and the A was a separate mountian

This is a softer approach, but keeping the mountain idea.

After submitting the two previous ideas, I was asked to work on idea 1 a bit more and make the 'S' more carve-like. I am really please with how this design turned out and was so happy to be shortlisted.
