Duel is a platform for challenging comments on any news article and entering into head-to-head discussions.
Comments are displayed side by side, duellers add notes to strengthen their views and other readers vote to determine an eventual winner.
In this 2 day hackathon, teams of digital producers, data journalists and graphic designers competed from The Times, Sunday Times and The Sun to create something that had never been done in the news before. We are so excited to have been chosen as the winner with this idea. (Images: Matt Taylor)
