This is a personal project that uses typography to express the motion and energy of the most popular sport world-wide: football. It tells a little story of quotes that have to do with the passion and love of the sport. I kept it all in spanish because I think the language is beautiful and Latin countries are crazy about their football. It felt right. I wanted the verbiage to be cut off on each page and flow onto the next to imitate the exciting, unexpected motion of the game. I used a bold, italicized, textured typeface to give a grunge appeal to capture the intensity of the football world and used repetitive graphics layered on top of each other to further create movement.
