Often an application is developed first without a thorough vision of the UX.  Given that case, UX can still come in mid-stream and remedy the situation with a consult that addresses common problems, highlights best practices and point out solutions.  Here I was asked to analyze and provide recommendations for a a sophisticated skills management application for enterprise-level clients.
