The client has been on a fast track of business growthadding new lines of businesses through acquisition and innovation. However, its legacy systems were not designed to handle the wide variety of assets beinghandled by all these business units. The future also demanded distributed assetliquidity along all the different units. This presented a need to build aUnique Identification system which will tie any individual asset from itsprocurement, warehousing, distribution and fulfillment cycle. The project started offas a one page requirement document which evolved into a detailed projectrequirement dossier. Due to the abstract nature of its requirement, the agiledesign process complimented the process of requirement gathering anddocumentation.
The ideas were shared though rapid prototyping of wireframesand quick iteration steps using Axure.
