Using a smart algorithm for back-end services, designed an interactive web application which enabled smartdialogues between a knowledge base and user inputs. The system was designed for advanced users (Advisor, Reviewer,Agent) as well as for consumers seeking for self-service on product supportwebsites. During the process, mentored a young team member to improve hisskillsets to handle customer relationships, delivery standards, scopenegotiation and presentation skills.
