Fuelvfx was commisioned by 20th Century Fox to design various elements for Ridley Scotts sci-fi movie Prometheus.
Prometheus / Orrery Design
My role as Head of Design at Fuel was to lead the concept and design development for the "star Map" Orrery aboard the alien spacecraft. Collaborating with VFX supervisor Paul Butterworth, these concepts and design treatments came under my design direction where we had to conceptualise a navigation system based on the star map that the Engineers use to travel the known universe.
