As Lead UX/UI designer, my work for Winscribe focused mainly on software interaction design, usability and web development.
Winscribe is a world leading provider of digital dictation software, digital transcription, voice recognition, and workflow management, with installations in 25 countries and more than 350,000 users globally.
My responsibilities included:
- Gathering complex requirements and working closely with the rest of the development team to produce functional, beautiful software.
- Creating user-centered design artifacts such as personas, site maps, taxonomies, and wireframes.
- Conducting usability testing on prototypes and finished products to assess the quality of a user experience.
- Designing and developing standards compliant HTML5 and CSS3 based web applications and sites.
- Building user interfaces that support a smooth exchange of information between users and back-end processes and databases.
- Researching interaction design and technology trends.
