During my project studying Clothing & Shoes at college. 
I decided to create this Clarks Originals: Wallabee design. 
I'm attempting to teach myself Illustrator, so i know i'm personally not the best at what i do. 
however i was really proud of the outcome of this one.
and glad it can fit in to my actual studies and not just go to waste. 

After creating the basic outline of the shape with Wallabee's being a Suede effect. 
I wanted to attempt to create a suede effect, Using the effects gallery thats built into Adobe Illustrator. 
After going through a variation of effects.
I finally found what i thought gave them the right look. 
Aswell as having a play around with the Suede, i also attempted to do a Stitching effect using the pen tool.

After completing the basic shading of the Wallabee. 
I now wanted to give them a more three dimensional/3D feel to them. 
As personally i thought they look more 2D than 3D. 
On which i added a rounded shadowing to the front of the toe box of the Wallabee. 

And it started to bring a more 3D life to the shoe. 
After taking a look at the shadowing of the toe box,
I then decided to add shadowing under the brim/edge of the rounding to the wallabee. 
On which made the rounding look more realistic and stand out.
