In order to increase the expanse of the facades organized according to the vista, these facades have been arranged accordingly. Areas categorized based on fundamental functions have been created, and the heights of these areas have been determined according to their functions. Each bungalow has its own veranda. To enhance the relationship established with the landscape, recreation areas have been created around the lake.
