"SEE THROUGH"
This book, "SEE THROUGH" is about collecting books related to designers or design related to my interests, researching them, and designing a book inspired by their characteristics. The title literally means that I am creating a research book through the designs and inspiration of the designers I have selected.
This book includes books by various designers in addition to Virgil Abloh's design books, and although I was not aware of it, I learned that every books reflect subcultures. And most of the fonts in these books used Sans-serif fonts and had bold grid styles or font sizes.
Inspired by these contents and designs, I designed this research book in a large scale, which is 11" x 17", used perfect binding, and designed the black and white tones to give it a minimal but bold style.

이 책 "SEE THROUGH"는 디자이너나 내가 관심을 갖고 있는 디자인에 관련된 책을 모아서 연구하고, 그 특징에서 영감을 받아 책을 디자인한 책입니다. 이 책의 제목은 내가 선택한 디자이너들의 디자인과 영감을 통해 리서치 북을 디자인 되었다는 것을 의미입니다.
이 책에는 버질 아블로(Virgil Abloh)의 디자인 북 외에도 다양한 디자이너들의 책이 포함되어 있는데, 비록 인지하지는 못했지만 모든 책이 서브컬처를 반영하고 있다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 그리고 이 책에 나오는 대부분의 글꼴은 산세리프 글꼴을 사용했으며 과감한 그리드 스타일이나 글꼴 크기를 가졌습니다.
이러한 내용과 디자인에서 영감을 받아 이 책을 11인치 x 17인치의 큰 스케일로 디자인했으며, 퍼펙트 바인딩 기법을 사용했으며, 흑백 톤을 사용하여 미니멀하면서도 대담한 스타일을 연출했습니다.
