I was tasked with creating a bestiary design using shape language to convey characteristics. I chose a Gorgon, as I knew it would serve well in dynamic and fluid poses.

Process
I experimented with the age, social status and general feel I wanted for the character, as I wanted to convey some sort of personality. I ultimately landed on the idea of treating the character like a group rather than a single being, as every snake has their own way of expressing themself.
