My love of dogs began as a child. My very first Akita came into my family at a young age.

I started working with dogs in my 20’s when I volunteered for a local Akita rescue. I have been fostering, transporting, and training dogs for the rescue for almost 20 years. I’ve seen many great rescue dogs find loving homes. I’ve been through the potty training phase with a whole litter of puppies, lived with and said goodbye to several of my own, and helped friends, family, and neighbors with issues with their dogs. My specialty breed is Akitas, but I love and will train all breeds. I’ve been through it all and now I want to help you through it, too.

Helping Pet Parents build real bonds with their pets is why we do what we do. I have been there with my dog who struggled to be socialized and couldn’t be around friends and family or even other dogs. I have learned how to train past these issues and I want you to have that same kind of deep bond with your dog. Well behaved and trained dogs have a better chance of avoiding animal shelters, or worse.
