As principal UX designer and team lead at Backbase, my role is a mix of hands on product design, client consultation and team manager. For Blue FCU, I was able to design a new digital experience for their retail mobile banking members. The end result lead to a fully branded mobile experience, that was well received by both Blue FCU and their many members.
