Alfi // Response Centre Interior

[ This work was undertaken whilst I was Lead Designer at Sea. ]

As well as dealing with alarm calls and monitoring patient's health the new office would be a place to showcase Alfi Telecare and Alfi Telehealth services to prospective commercial and public sector customers. The job required us to install assetts that could be easily moved to a new location in line with projections for growth and the need to relocate to a larger office.

My Responsibilities: Creative Direction, Art Direction, Graphic Design, Illustration, Artworking

Signage
This wall is the first thing you see when exiting the elevators or arriving at the top of the stairs outside the Alfi Response Centre. By combining a large multi layered sign, vinyl lettering and tailored wave graphics leading up to the keycard entry point we created a high impact first impression for all staff and visiting customers.
Wayfinding
A simple and clear wayfinding system with bespoke illustrations was created for all relevant routes and rooms in the shared building. These were made in the same way as the main sign using using laminated blue acrylic and reverse cut white vinyl to give them depth and character.
Illustration
Alfi Telecare and Alfi Telehealth service pathways were created at a large scale for staff reference and customer presentation and given a central location in the workspace. This was all joined up with the 'Alfi Wave' and incorporated customised illustrations based on assets we had previously created as part of the brand's toolkit.
Photography
We supported the various graphics with three triptychs of large framed photographs on archival paper in brand coloured frames to help reinforce the focus on people for what would typically have been a technology led service.
