After the announce of ChatGPT at the end of 2022, it was clear that AI language models could mean big things for the customer support industry. Intercom immediately began work on and integrated AI solution that could help customers automate responses and solved issues faster.
For the landing page, there was a desire to break away from Intercom’s current design system, creating a unique identity that humanized Fin and reflected the newness of the technology.
