A small oasis in a commercial avenue
This house was designed for a young couple with the potential of becoming their long-lasting family home. Due to the long and narrow plot shape, and relatively small size, the design had to adapt to the site geometry to accommodate the family needs. The design composition is formed from the internal and external spatial necessities, including orientation and privacy matters. The key element that embodies the proposal was the purposely created greenery spaces around the building that could provide comfort and privacy and enrich living experiences internally and externally.
