American Express Dining Social Content Programs

The project focuses on executing an awareness campaign aimed at promoting American Express Platinum Card acceptance among merchant partners in Bangkok and surrounding areas through American Express Thailand's social media channels. The objective is to launch a series of short 30-second videos starting from October 1, 2022, onwards. 

As the Project Manager, my responsibility entails close collaboration with the American Express marketing team to strategize content tailored to each merchant partner. This involves overseeing art direction and visual language to effectively convey the brand message and highlights while ensuring adherence to brand identity guidelines. Additionally, we have successfully created content, video and caption for over 50 merchant partners around Bangkok, further amplifying the reach and impact of the campaign. Merchant example: Mott 32, The Standard GrillCoastiera, CaperLøyrom, Base, The Food School, and much more.
