I personally haven't read that many manga in my life, but I've seen my fair share of anime. I was hesitant with this week's Mondays Challenge theme as it's an art style I admire but don't typically attempt to replicate. I was sure there'd be a massive share of action-packed entries, but I wanted to do something more chill. I thought about losing myself in another world while traveling on a train, a recurring visual throughout a lot of anime due to Japan's mass transit culture. 

I really tried to combine a style that looked like it could be on the page with my usual preferences and working style. I think this one was more about the composition than anything, and I really like how that ended up.
