I was tasked with converting a 5 page document on Sustainable Electronic Human Resource Management Systems and Firm Performance to a presentable document.
This project examined the relationship between sustainable electronic human resource management (e-HRM) practices and firm performance. The study found that ability-enhancing, opportunity-enhancing, and motivation-enhancing e-HRM practices all have a positive correlation with firm performance.
Additionally, the study found that sustainable e-HRM practices mediate the relationship between ability-enhancing and motivation-enhancing e-HRM practices and firm performance. These findings suggest that organizations that implement sustainable e-HRM practices can improve their firm performance.
