In traditional geometry the tesseract is the four-dimensional (4D) version of the cube (3D). So the lamp Tesseract is based on the research of applying to an object the fourth dimension, but not only for a graphic solution, but especially for a useful solution: a floor/ceiling lamp that can be flipped as needed to create every time a new light. To achieve this goal the design of this lamp is a mix between the four-dimensional aspect and the orthogonal projection aspect of a Tesseract.
