Mabe is a Mexican company that designs, produces, and distributes appliances to more than 70 countries, with over 17,000 direct employees around the world.
The team I supervise and I developed new courses and the overhaul of existing ones across various departments. Over the last years, I have successfully orchestrated the creation of more than 250 training courses tailored to diverse positions within the company. In addition to my managerial responsibilities, I actively contributed to the design of informative slides, training animations, videos, and other essential functions.
I developed courses in the SCORM format utilizing specialized authoring software, meticulously crafted for seamless integration into the Learning Management System (LMS). Each course was tailored with custom designs, animations, video content, voiceovers, diagrams, and an array of additional resources.
The courses incorporated engaging elements such as interactive slides, graded quizzes, and dynamic programming based on test results, enhancing the overall learning experience. Furthermore, I ensured that these courses were proficiently delivered in both Spanish and English, catering to a diverse audience.
