You know what?... I 've been live here in Bali for over 6 years... but I have no idea... my english is still suck till now on. But whatever... I will keep write something here as good as I can. So if you guys find so many mistake in "Grammer", please excuse me. :P does it make sense?

Just to let you know, this project is a past project when I was working for Deus Ex Machina Bali in Canggu. This is a brochure with multiple folded. Printed in 260 gsm Art Paper, laminated in doff and "highlight" some part of graphic with UV spot. This project is a little bit tricky to me. Because it's need to revised rapidly due to the taste of the Boss.... :P. Especially in raw artwork. Yes the sketch... at first I can't read clearly what he want. But finally we happy. It's finished quite good.

I redesign the old brochure artwork. Updated it with the newest product, and off course make a new artwork here and there...

So here we go. This is my first graphite pencil sketch based on old photograph above.

For the description, I write it manually by ink on paper. I used to "refine" it in Photoshop later on.

Customize the original sketch in photoshop.

BOOOM!!! The Boss didn't like it. Shoooot.

"So what do you want???"
"I don't know dude! I am not a creative designer. You come up with something !! Surprize me!

So I go to coffee shop in front of the office. Drink a bitter black coffe... smoke my Ciggy... and blow my mind.

So later on.. I paint it by watercolor....

And It's rejected! AGAIN!!! my god please.... I think I need to drink double Espresso now. With traditional Kretek Clove Ciggy without filter... 1000 MG TAR and 1500 Nicotine... but before that.. something come up in my mind.
I see an old Wacom Tablet down the cabinet... I take it... and begin to draw again... this time slowly....

It's a huge size drawing. I don't remember how many pixel... but here I show you the detail one of the bike over there...

A zooming out look... I place the Map direction at the bottom. Well... Canggu beach is very popular here. It famous in surfer community in Bali. Sssst.... so many beautiful chicks here... hang in there kids! :P
