In this project I create this artwork with the purpose of cultivating awareness about the critical environmental issue of our oceans and marine life.
Spending time underwater what I like the most is interacting with wildlife species, and having eye contact with them is the most magical and intense moment, that’s why I decided to illustrate all the animals facing the beholder, as if they look at us straight in the eyes, and give more power at the message.
I think that art and creativity have the power to transcend language and resonate with people in a way that no other channel can, and make changes and social transformation happen.
