Loco Lookback is an annual product marketing campaign where we present users with data about their activity on Loco over the past year. For 2022, we wanted each user to experience a sense of mutual appreciation, from & to their favourite creator. All of that and much more—while having fun while looking at their recap. 
The Idea:
For 2022, we chose the storytelling to centre around the themes of nostalgia, gratitude and togetherness. We chose to bring our audience into the world of pixel art, experience the nostalgic gaming world of their childhood and turned our mascot into Mario.

- 130.9k clicks on banners leading to Lookback 2022 
- 62.5k unique clicks on Android 
- 75.1k total intended shares 
- 25.7k total gratitude messages shared
- 29.5k unique clicks on Download Now/Share Now buttons
We segregated our audience into two cohorts: 
1) Viewers who watched streams for >10 mins 
2) Viewers who watched streams for <10 mins 
Users who watched >10 mins received more personalised data 
Users who watched <10 mins received platform-specific data
This time, users could also send gratitude messages to their favourite streamers using Loco Gold, the platform's currency
And we gave the same experience to our streamers too!

We segregated them into two cohorts based on viewership:
1) Streamers who ranked between #1 to #10
2) Streamers who ranked #10+
Streamers who ranked between #1 to #10
Streamers who ranked #10+
Streamers could check out the messages sent by their fans 
on their Loco Streaming Dashboard
And our top streamers jumped onto the action!
