In an endeavor tied to heritage preservation, we embarked on a project focused on the historic Kells Priory in Ireland. The challenge at hand was to develop innovative strategies for conserving the site's unique heritage while concurrently establishing a contemporary space for visitors. Our vision materialized into the concept of a high-grade Irish whiskey bar.

This concept drew inspiration from Ireland's rich cultural heritage and its deeply rooted connection with this iconic beverage. Our aim was to pay tribute to this legacy by creating a space that honors Irish heritage. Kells Priory, with its eight centuries of history, served as the canvas for our design. We sought to incorporate elements of the priory's medieval architecture, including its rugged stone walls and graceful arched doorways, seamlessly merging them with modern features like curtain walls and a parametric structure. The end result is a harmonious amalgamation of the past and future—a space that respects Ireland's cultural heritage while embracing a contemporary outlook.
