São Paulo Villa

                       São Paulo Villa
We wanted to create a house with nothing on the first floor but the entrance area, almost the entire first floor area is taken up by a huge Lounge area. The living part is above, on the second floor.
The project uses one of our favorite elements - window framing. But this time we used not a strict geometric form as in our other projects. Instead of it we made it look like something very random, like hand sculpted.
It was supposed to feel like the pool was an extension of the Lounge area. You go from the Lounge area directly into the pool. The house is long and narrow. We decided to make it vertically oriented.
The house is surrounded by juicy greenery. In the Lounge area we used dried plants and branches and ancient-like vases. So we have something close to Wabi Sabi in this zone.
                                                       Thanks for watching!
