Based on a true story is an on-going project and a series of frame by frame animations based on 100% real events.

My process usually begins with an innocent anecdote... That my mind ends up twisting and transforming into a comic. Sometimes I stop there, sometimes I feel the urge to see it moving (not only in my head but also in real life). 

When that happens, I usually start by drawing in Procreate and whining about why animation is such a long tedious process. Afterwards, I do the coloring in Photoshop and assemble the animation in After Effects.
